Code Of Conduct.
We realize that a company’s sustainability is strongly influenced by the company’s behavior as a corporate citizen. Therefore, from the beginning we intend to become a good corporate citizen (Good Corporate Citizen) which works accordance with law, regulations and ethics, including UU No. 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas, UU No. 8 Tahun 1995 tentang Pasar Modal, 33/POJK.04/2014, 55/POJK.04/2015.
We also choose to participate in the United Nation’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG), and conduct our business by taking into account moral and social norms and the interests of the general public. To achieve this, we install guiding principles for our employees in line with WGS Group core values.
